great hostel stay
good activities good atmosphere
The staff were excellent. They helped find good activities. they created a feeling like i was home with friends. breakfast had a better quality than i expected for an included meal. the rooftop offered good views with a good atmosphere.

the breakfast service had limited options, however it was adequate. fresh bread, jams and spreads were available each morning at the rooftop terrace. the coffee was good and plentiful.

the hostel is a short walk to the nearby beach. the surrounding area has many shops and restaurants. i found getting around the area very convenient .

low water pressure closed reception
The shower situation was difficult. the water pressure was nearly non-existent. also, finding someone to speak with in the morning was nearly impossible. Reception was often closed during stated hours. the noise from the street late at night did not help either.

clean rooms comfortable rooms great terrace gathering terrace old towels worn towels non-working kettle missing sign
the rooms were nice and neat the terrace was great. the beach was also very accessible i enjoyed my time here. the staff was friendly and helpful that improved my stay. the location near shops was also convenient for any needs
the towels were old they definitely need replacement the kettle in my room did not work i also noticed there were only a few bathrooms for all the guests. the absence of an 'anza surf house' sign made it hard to find the building on arrival it would be helpful to have one. there was no kitchen available i would have liked to prepare my own meals at times

broken shower head constant noise
the hostel location is close to the beach and a surf spot, convenient.
The shower head in my private bathroom was broken, i reported it to the staff, but it remained unfixed for my entire four-day stay. i had to use the shared showers.. the noise from the street and the hostel was constant. breakfast service ended promptly at 9:30 am. After that, they did not replenish any items.
